Destination: Standing Bear Hostel
Starting Location: Davenport Gap Shelter

Short hiking day, in the rain.  Standing Bear Hostel is a "Rustic" old farm stead with the old buildings converted for hostel use.  The bunk house was tight, with every thing close together, and full.  The resupply room was on honer system.  Recorded things and prices as I picked up stuff and add
 in  the bunk then stuffed the envelope and dropped it off as when I leave.

   Lots of rain all day so hikers are huddled everywhere. PrayerWalker came in later having hiked all day in the rain,  wishing she had made the big miles yesterday.  We shared a Degorno pizza later for dinner and it was great.
